These Terms & Conditions apply to all marketing services provided by Buraq Fiber. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Buraq Fiber provides social media marketing services for farms, agricultural businesses and sustainable agriculture brands, including content planning, account management, content creation and publishing where included in the selected plan, and digital brand promotion. The exact services included depend on the package you select or the custom quotation we agree with you.

2. Service scope

Each engagement specifies the services included, the platforms covered, the delivery schedule and the responsibilities of both parties. Package pages describe what is included before payment; custom packages are defined in a written service scope agreed before work begins.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are one-time payments per service duration.
• Payments are processed securely at checkout. Third-party advertising spend, where applicable, is separate from and in addition to service fees.
• Work on your package begins after your payment is received and onboarding is complete.

4. Customer responsibilities

To deliver the agreed services, we may ask you to provide brand information, product details, images and access to your social media accounts. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In summary: a full refund is available within 48 hours before work begins, and after work begins refunds are calculated pro-rata based on work already completed.

6. No guarantee of results

Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behaviour. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates or business outcomes.

7. Content and intellectual property

Content created for you under a paid package may be used by you for your business. We may reference general styles of work, but we will not publish your content for other clients.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and applies to orders placed after it is published.
